Mulberry Property Investment Management Limited ('MPIM') is an Originator and Asset Manager for commercial real estate opportunities throughout the UK. We apply our knowledge, experience and expertise to add value to our projects.
Our principle focus is the Industrial, Distribution and Office sector. Projects have included both portfolios and stand-alone property assets. We work closely with our clients and partners from acquisition, through the management process and to disposal applying a dynamic and active approach with the aim of realising the full potential of the assets under our management.
MPIM has completed a number of successful projects as Principle, Asset Manager and via success related asset management joint ventures during the last 10 years.
Through our associated company Mulberry Investment Management Ltd ('MIM') we currently provide 'in house' asset management services, working with clients existing fund and finance team.
Our current projects and consultancy roles embrace 2.25 million sq.ft of commercial real estate with a wide geographical spread throughout the UK.
MPIM's Principal Andrew Coe has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate & asset management and has created & managed successful projects for a number of Active Real Estate Funds and Specialist Fund Managers.
